RFQ 3: Attorney Services 0 G. Dawson, Ocala Housing Authority The Ocala Housing Authority (OHA) based in Ocala, Florida, is seeking written, sealed Proposals for Legal Services, from qualified legal firms to provide legal services to the Authority.     Request for Qualifications (RFQ) documents will be available for prospective Offerors beginning on April 4, 2018 from 8:30 A.M. – 4:30 P.M. at the Ocala Housing Authority, located at 1629 NW 4th Street, Ocala, Florida 34475. The RFQ document may also be secured from OHA by regular mail upon receipt by OHA of a written request for the RFQ document.  A written request for a copy of the RFQ document can be sent by e-mail to bmunnerlyn@ocalahousing.org. You may also retrieve the RFQ from OHA’s website at www.ocalahousing.org.   All questions requiring explanations and interpretations of the RFQ document must be submitted in writing to the OHA Deputy Director, James Haynes, at the above address, before 3:00 P.M., April 25, 2018. Hogg, Live Oak Housing Authority REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT     The Live Oak Housing Authority (LOHA) is accepting proposals from qualified experienced firms or individuals interested in serving as Development Consultant to the LOHA as they pursue development opportunities for affordable housing in Live Oak, Florida.  The development consultant would serve in a service capacity, advising the LOHA as needed on all financings and programs of work involving development of affordable housing assets, designed to improve and expand the availability of affordable housing for qualifying families.  The LOHA will utilize multiple debt and equity instruments including, low income housing tax credits, mortgage financing, limited partnerships, HOME funds, SHIP funds and public/private collaborations as its principal forms of financing for the creation of additional affordable housing units.   For a copy of the RFP please contact Ms. Vickie Hogg, Executive Director at 386-362-2123.
